...and the final result by the end of Saturday: Painted, new light fixture, new door hinges and doorknob, and the sink plumbing was fixed! The only thing that I feel is marginal is that mirror...I'm just not ready to buy another one yet, so I took it apart and painted the frame to match the room...it'll get me by until I find something else...
