I guess you can tell by the lack of activity here that summer has kept me away from the computer for a while. This is a coworker's phone pic of me skurfing behind the jetboat we rented for the day on the Columbia river this past Saturday. Besides all the outdoor activities I've been up to, I've also been trying to find and buy a house. I put in an offer on one here in Portland and found out I had an accepted offer while riding down the river in the boat! I didn't realize when I started looking at houses just how much time it can consume. Between that and trying to stay active with outdoor activities, I've been super busy. I'm going to try to get back in the habit of just dropping quick notes in here and maybe doing some catching up on pictures since my last post in april. (I expect I'll be putting some house pictures up here soon too...) :)
